Chef Neeraj in the kitchen in Red Deer
Chef Neeraj has trained in three of the finest kitchens in the world. In 2015, while obtaining his Superior Culinary Arts Diploma in Paris, he trained under three-star Michelin Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Neeraj’s love of cooking was ignited at an early age while completing his Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management. After moving to Canada, Neeraj was Chef de Partie at Red Deer Lodge while also taking his Culinary Arts Diploma from RDC. He graduated as a Red Seal Chef.

Chef Neeraj worked as Executive Sous Chef and then as Food & Beverage Manager at Boulevard Restaurant and Holiday Inn. Now, as proud co-owner of India Feast, Chef Neeraj’s favourite place is in the kitchen serving up food from his homeland.

CHEF Virender
The heat of restaurant kitchens has warmed Chef Virender’s heart for nearly 15 years. His career has spanned the gamut from busboy to owner and everything in between. As a Northern Indian, Chef Virender’s passion is to bring the spices and flavours unique to his home region to Red Deer and Central Alberta.

With a strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking, Chef Virender has lived and worked in several countries while refining his skill, working in kitchens nationally and internationally. Chef Virender believes in creating classic Indian dishes by using simple techniques along with a delicious juxtaposition of contemporary, global flavours. You can expect to find only top-quality ingredients and real spices from Chef Virender’s cooking.
